The course menu will be changed from February onwards.This luxurious course includes our proud aged Kanmuri Jidori chicken, a soft-boiled egg wrapped in pork and skewered with fertilized eggs from Oita Prefecture's Daiki chicken, high-quality Oita Wagyu beef, and whole Seki horse mackerel sashimi.*Depending on the sea conditions, we may not be able to prepare horse mackerel.Instead of Seki horse mackerel, filefish or other fish will be served.Thank you for your understanding.

This luxurious course includes our prized aged Kanmuri chicken, skewers of pork wrapped in soft-boiled eggs made with Ran'o eggs from Oita Prefecture, high-quality Oita Wagyu beef, and even whole Seki horse mackerel sashimi.
