This luxurious course includes our proudly aged Kanmuri chicken, pork skewers wrapped in soft-boiled eggs made with Oita Prefecture's brand egg "Taiju," high-quality Oita Wagyu beef, and even whole Seki horse mackerel sashimi.
The course contents may change depending on the availability of ingredients.
*Depending on the sea conditions, we may not be able to prepare Sekiaji.Instead of horse mackerel, we will serve filefish or other fish.Thank you for your understanding.
