This luxurious course features our restaurant's proudly aged Kanmuri chicken, soft-boiled eggs wrapped in pork using the premium "Taiki" brand eggs from Oita Prefecture, high-quality Oita Wagyu beef, and even sashimi including whole horse mackerel.

The course menu may change depending on the availability of ingredients.
