This luxurious course features our restaurant's proudly aged Kanmuri chicken, soft-boiled eggs wrapped in pork using the premium "Taiki" brand eggs from Oita Prefecture, high-quality Oita Wagyu beef, and even sashimi including whole horse mackerel.
The course menu may change depending on the availability of ingredients.
*Depending on the sea conditions, we may not be able to prepare the horse mackerel.The horse mackerel will be replaced with filefish or another type of fish.Thank you for your understanding.
